F4P Africa is a development consulting firm headquartered in Kenya, working across Africa. We provide strategic and implementation support to organizations and investors wanting to play a part in Africa’s development. We are the only African women-owned and women-led development consulting firm that does what we do.

Patricia Mugambi- Ndegwa
Founder
Patricia is the co-founder of F4P Africa Consulting Group. Patricia is a Development Economist with a passion for philanthropy and corporate social investment in Africa. She is a keen listener and creative problem solver who works excellently with clients to achieve their desired results. Patricia brings over 20 years of extensive global experience to this sector. She has worked in both the USA and Africa, executing senior leadership roles in various philanthropic and business entities successfully. Prior to co-founding Fit for Purpose in USA, Patricia worked as the Africa Representative for Big Win Philanthropy UK. She has also held a variety of leadership roles in other organizations including; Africa Director for Strategy and Partnerships at the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF), and Vice President and Regional Director for the Global Business Coalition on Health (GBC). Patricia brings leadership, credibility, attention to detail and excellent communication to the world of philanthropy and corporate social investment. She also brings a wealth of experience in understanding corporate sector dynamics and forming and supporting public-private partnerships (PPPs) in development work.
Achieng Butler
Consultant
Achieng is a dynamic strategy, marketing and communications expert. She brings over 25 years of experience within the fast-moving consumer goods industry, telecommunications, tertiary education and tourism sectors. Learning, reinvention and collaboration are her mantra. Achieng has expertise in building businesses and brands with renowned multinationals, and currently runs her own digital consulting firm, Digital Beehive Ltd, https://digitalbeehive.net/, in addition to working as a Senior Consultant with F4P Africa Consulting Group. Prior to F4P Africa and setting up Digital Beehive 3 years ago, Achieng worked across East, West, Central and Southern Africa, leading regional teams in consumer, market and competitive analyses, development of marketing strategies, brand and asset launches, brand performance management, as well as consumer and brand research and insights, for global, regional and local brands. She has worked as a Senior Vice President within the Fintech and Telecommunications space, Chief Marketing Officer in the Consumer goods industry and Tertiary Education sector, and as Head of Marketing in the beverage industry. Achieng also has experience in public private partnerships for social impact in her capacity as a regional leader. She brings to F4P her expertise in strategic framing and proposal writing, marketing communications strategy and implementation, and digital marketing for impact.
Carole George
Office Manager
Carole is the Personal Assistant to the founders of F4P Africa. She brings to the firm, agility, passion, and efficiency. Carole is vibrant, highly organized and discrete. She is passionate about transforming communities through philanthropy and social corporate projects.
Grace Mogaka
Consultant
Grace is a human resource specialist. In addition to the Head of Human Resource and Administration at Digital Beehive, (https://digitalbeehive.net/), Grace brings to F4P Africa over 20 years of work experience in human resource management. Grace has extensive experience in HR, Project management and Client Service management. She began her career in the area of people operations, specializing in identifying talent, ensuring compliance on government regulations, fostering personal growth of individuals and promoting positive company culture in humanitarian organizations and for-profit companies. Grace is also a qualified Counseling Psychologist and an accredited Family Mediator Consultant at FIDA-Kenya.
Francis Njangiru
Consultant
Francis is a community development professional with over 30 years experience, in public sector, NGO and Private Sector. Extensive experience in project planning, development and implementation both in the public and private sector around HIV/AIDS, TB, Malaria and other public health matters. Skilled in policy development, project negotiation and execution. Extensive work in Counselor Training, Counselor supervision and in Monitoring and evaluating projects. Trained in community development, project management and psychological counseling. Long experience in corporate relations; resource mobilization and public–private partnerships developing. With an MA in Counseling psychology and community development/social work training Francis is well positioned to provide on the ground community engagement and still operate at the corporate senior management level.
Sarah Wanasakaami

Sarah is a highly efficient, organized commercial leader with over 16 years of proven sales, customer, and consumer marketing leadership. She has worked with multinational consumer goods organizations across African countries and developed exciting marketing campaigns that have led to the growth of many brands. Sarah is recognized for leadership roles within East African Breweries and the Coca-Cola company. She also carries out training and capacity building within agencies and distributor partnerships. Separately, Sarah is passionate about Youth sports. She conceptualized the first-ever Copa Coca-Cola Africa Cup which brought together over 300 teens from across Africa for a chance to meet, play football and build lifetime connections. Sarah brings to F4P a world of experience in sports development, capacity building and strategy development.

Davis is an experienced full stack software engineer with over 14 years of industry experience. He has worked with various organizations, ranging from small businesses to multinational corporations, and has played key roles in developing and delivering projects that have made a positive impact on the organizations’ online presence and success. He has a strong background in web application development and is skilled in using the latest technologies and tools to ensure smooth operation of the company’s websites and web-based applications.
Grace K. Injene

Grace K. Injene is Strategic Management professional with more than 15 years’ experience in Project Management, Strategy Development and Leadership in the development sector. Having worked in the health sector with focus on NCD’s, creating awareness and coordinating Health camps in various counties. Grace has also worked on programs in the Environment and Financial sectors. She also has experience in Ethics an Anticorruption and has been a speaker at several international Anticorruption conferences as a former Advisory Board member of the former Kenya Anticorruption Commission (now EACC) and a founding board member of the Commonwealth Business women. She is also board member and director of JMM Foundation. Grace has a BSc in Marketing, Mansfield University, PA, USA and an MBA in Strategic Management from University of Nairobi. She is passionate on empowering women and youth, and creating safe spaces for the elderly. She is also a passionate about preaching and evangelism.

Joyce is an experienced professional with over 15 years of experience managing Business Administration Operations and Accounting. She has a consistent track record of successfully employing best business practices that improve efficiency and reduce operating costs whilst increasing profits. She has a demonstrable record of developing, strengthening, and coordinating proactive approaches to the development and implementation of business development plans, and directing the implementation of effective business strategies and programs. Joyce has an unmatched ability to provide financial oversight for the organization and oversee an entire range of financial management, from daily operations to high-level management. She aims to add value through managing company wide processes of management, learning, and development, all of which facilitate organizational effectiveness and growth.
